Heather's full name is
Heather was introduced to the fitness lifestyle at an early age, and was always athetic. She began teaching aerobics and working with people as a lifestyle consultant in 1978. This was before personal trainers were popular and before women's role in the world of muscle was as widely accepted.
By the early 1980's, Heather was into serious bodybuilding. Female bodybuilders were a different breed in that era, and she had no interest in purusing a lightweight fitness model approach to weightlifting. She began competing in 1989 and won a number of championship titles.
Heather has been featured in a number of popular magazines, including Muscular Development, Ironman, Muscle and Fitness, FitBitch, and Flex.
She launched her website in 2000. Her online persona, GoddessHeather, is a mix of dominatrix, pierced muscular freak, and sensual milf. Her website has grown an enormous fan base, and Heather really seems to have found her niche. Although she has retired from competitive bodybuilding, she continues to stay in fabulous shape, with broad muscular shoulders, large bust, skinny waist, and powerful hips and thighs.
